These terms describe how our website is used and how reservations work with us. By using the site you accept what is written below. Last updated: June 2026.
This website is run by Mr. Baba restaurant, 27 Primorski Blvd, Varna 9000. It exists to present the restaurant, the menu and the option to book a table. We do our best to keep the information accurate and up to date, but individual details such as dishes or prices may change without notice.
When you send a request through the form, it is not yet a confirmed reservation. We receive your request and get in touch to confirm it by email or SMS. A table is considered booked only after our confirmation. On busy evenings and holidays seats fill up quickly, so we recommend booking in advance.
If your plans change, please let us know as early as possible on +359 896 505 050. If you are more than fifteen minutes late without calling, we may have to release the table for other guests. For larger groups and private events, the terms are agreed in advance when the reservation is confirmed.
Prices on the menu are shown in euro and in leva and include the applicable taxes. The availability of individual dishes depends on the day and the fresh catch. If you have an allergy or a specific diet, tell us and we will guide you. Allergen information is indicative, so when in doubt always check with our team.
We want every guest to feel at home on board. Please treat our team and the other guests with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service in the event of inappropriate behaviour that threatens the comfort or safety of others.
The text, photos, logo and design of this site belong to Mr. Baba and are protected. You are welcome to browse and share links to the site, but not to copy or use the content for commercial purposes without our consent.
We aim to keep the site running without interruption, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. We are not liable for damages arising from temporary unavailability or from information on external sites we may link to.
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Any disputes are settled by mutual agreement and, where that is not possible, by the competent Bulgarian court.
