1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

We only collect what we need to serve you well:

Reservation details: name, phone, email, date, time, number of guests and preferred hall.
Messages you send us through the form, by email or by phone.
Your email address, if you sign up for our newsletter.
Basic technical data from your visit, needed for the site to work and stay secure.

3. How we use it

We use your data to process and confirm your reservation, send you a confirmation by email and SMS, contact you when needed and answer your questions. If you have signed up for the newsletter, we also use it to write to you about news and offers.

4. Our legal basis

We process reservation data to fulfil your request. We send the newsletter only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. In some cases we have a legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and the service running smoothly.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes. We share it only with the providers that help us serve you, such as the services we use to send email and SMS confirmations. They process the data solely on our instructions.

6. How long we keep it

We keep reservation data for as long as is reasonably needed for service and our records, after which we delete or anonymise it. We keep your newsletter email for as long as you stay subscribed or until you ask us to remove it.

7. Your rights

At any time you can ask to access your data, correct inaccuracies, have it deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent to the newsletter. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at mr.baba@abv.bg. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian data protection authority.

8. Cookies

The site uses only the cookies necessary for it to work. We do not rely on tracking for advertising. You can manage cookies from your browser settings.

9. Changes to this policy
